Yoga in the Gardens

We offer gentle Yoga In The Garden  class (weather permitting) from 1 – 2 pm. Ease stress and tension, relax muscles, increase circulation, or just pamper yourself with a day in beautiful gardens! Please bring a mat, bottled water and any other props that bring you comfort.  Wear layers and dress for the weather. 

Cost: $25

Please join certified yoga teachers, Danae Molitor and Ildiko Puskas as they lead a gentle and nurturing yoga practice in the Healing Gardens.
