St. Charles Cruise Nights Return to 1st Street on Tuesdays
Beginning tonight, for the next eight Tuesday evenings, 1st Street will close to accomodate the popular summer event.

If you like the smell of exhaust and the sound of revving engines, or if you just like to look at cars — from classics to muscle — Tuesdays will be the nights you’ll want to be in downtown St. Charles over the next eight weeks through Aug. 27, 2013.
Cruise Nights are back, and after a season along Walnut and Riverside in 2012, the weekly summer car event is returning this season to 1st Street, between West Main and Illinois streets.
The events run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and are scheduled on Tuesdays, July 9, 16, 23 and 30, and Aug. 6, 13, 20 and 27.
