Serial Peeping Tom In Western Springs: Records
He has done the same thing in other towns, according to media reports.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – A River Forest man was charged last week after he peeped in a person's window in a Western Springs neighborhood, police said.
Stephen K. Myslicki, 60, was issued a local ordinance citation charging disorderly conduct. The incident was about 9 p.m. Friday in the 4000 block of Howard Avenue.

In 2012, Patch reported that Myslicki, then 49, was peeping in windows in River Forest, police said. His other such arrests in his hometown were in 2006 and 2009.
Myslicki was also arrested for the same crime in 2013 in North Riverside, according to the Riverside-Brookfield Landmark newspaper. He has been in prison before for felony disorderly conduct, the publication said.
