Serve City strives to avoid cutting any athletes, as the mission of the organization is to help all athletes develop a deep love for volleyball by training them to reach their highest potential on and off the court. Serve City's club fees are also the lowest in the area, enabling all girls to enjoy the opportunity to play club volleyball. This has been Serve City's primary purpose since it was founded in Chicago in 2013.
