The department store magnate E.F. Wiebolt’s former Tudor-style mansion is on the market in Glencoe for $5.4 million, down from its original $9.9 million asking price seven years ago, according to an article in Crain’s Chicago Business.
The 10,800-square-foot, nine bedroom, nine bathroom house sites on nearly 3 acres next to the Skokie Country Club, according to the home’s listing on Zillow. It was built in 1929 and last sold in 1989 for $2.8 million.
