Lakefront Home Hits Market in Winnetka for $6.85 Million
The mansion on Hoyt Lane is among the highest priced in the village.
WINNETKA, IL - A lakefront home in Winnetka was listed this week for $6.85 million, one of the highest priced properties in town.
A partner of The William Blair Real Estate firm listed the Hoyt Lane mansion with an extra-deep sand beach this week, according to Crain’s Chicago. The home next door, priced at $7.75 million, is one of only three Winnetka properties on the market for a steeper asking price.
The recently listed home has a curving staircase, wine room and amazing views of the lake.
