The Happ Inn, located in Northfield, will offer Passover specials from Friday, April 22 to Sunday, April 24. Chef Freddy Sanchez has created specialty dishes for Seder dinners, including matzoh ball soup, chopped liver, wood oven-roasted chicken, braised beef brisket, matzo-crusted whitefish, potato pancakes, flourless chocolate cake and more. The Passover menus, outlined below, will be available a la carte, family-style or prepared for carryout.
