ANAD, located in suburban Naperville, is a national non-profit that advocates for healthy attitudes, bodies and behaviors and is hosting a movie screening of Darryl Roberts' documentary America the Beautiful 2: The Thin Commandments.
This documentary is a great reminder that we truly need to be discerning of the ideals that are appropriated to us, and it's message challenges us to know the truth about our health by recognizing that wellness, not weight should always be the goal.
