One Person Injured After BB Gun Fired in Woodridge Neighborhood

One person was injured after being shot in the face with a BB gun in a Woodridge neighborhood late last month, according to police reports.

The person was transported to an area hospital and released a short time later.

The incident took place around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 30 in the 10 block of Woodsorrel Place. The BB gun also caused property damage, according to Kate Croteau, management analyst of the .

Devante Lymon, 19, from the 5000 block of Hillcrest Lane in Lisle; Cordero Winfield, 21, from the 5800 block of Oakwood Drive in Lisle; and two juveniles were charged with battery and mob action in connection with the incident.
