• Kokomo, IN: Indianapolis Man Joshua Rhoads, 47, Killed in US 31 Crash (theunionstar.com) — An Indianapolis man, 47-year-old Joshua Randall Rhoads, was killed in a crash Wednesday night at U.S. 31 and State Road 26 near Kokomo, adding to a troubling rise in central Indiana traffic fatalities. Investigators from Kokomo Police, Indiana State Police, and the Howard County Coroner are still piecing together what caused the collision, while residents are urged to use extra caution along this busy route.
