Robin Lynn Bugger, 44, female, of 5615 Lincoln Way Unit 40, arrested at 10 a.m. at the same location, charged with drug possession/delivery.
Daniel James Halterman, 25, male, of 5615 Lincoln Way Unit 40, at 10:01 a.m. at the same location, charged with drug possession/delivery.
