Jeremy Baker, 30, Lincoln Way, was charged with public intoxication at 12:27 a.m.

Thaler Carter, 20, Knapp Street, was charged with operating while under the influence, first offense; at 2:32 a.m.

Jared Dennhardt, 23, Jefferson, was charged with simple assault at 2:38 a.m.

Cale McMartin, 19, was charged with operating while under the influence, first offense; at 4:42 a.m.

Jay Watts, 20, Student Affairs Road, was charged with public intoxication at 12:55 a.m.

Christopher Weber, 32, Boone, was charged with third-degree shoplifting at 7:45 p.m.

Kevin Winefeldt, 1607 Wheeler Drive, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, a Class D felony, at 11:25 p.m.

Dec. 16

Jason Adams, 34, Urbandale, was charged with operating while under the influence, first offense; and excessive speed at 12:33 a.m.

Laura Lee, 19, Coconino Road, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 3:22 a.m.

Dec. 17

Jeffrey Courtney, 23, Nevada, was charged with fourth-degree shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and failure to have a valid license at 12:26 a.m.
