The City of Ames has contracted with Con-Struct Inc. to extend South Riverside Drive and Collaboration Place and install associated storm sewer improvements. The entire project will be completed in four phases and is expected to continue for approximately six more months.

Those in the area are encouraged to take note of construction activity and allow extra travel time as delays may occur. Exercise caution when traveling near the construction area. As with all paving operations, saw cutting of joints in newly poured pavement is critical, and it may be disruptive beyond normal work hours. For safety reasons, please keep children and pets away from the construction zone.
