Most City of Ames departments and divisions, including Ames Public Library, will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 11, in recognition of Veterans Day.

The exceptions include:

The Story County Clerk of Court Office and the District Associate Court, located in Ames City Hall, also will be closed.
