
A fit club is a group of people getting together to have fun and in the process increase our heart rate and burn a few calories. By the end of the hour we will have a smile on our face and feel 10X better than we did when we started. Initially, I will use fitness programs from Les Mills Combat and Sport, TurboFire, P90X, Insanity, Rev Abs, Chalene Extreme and Brazil Butt Lift to name just a few. We will meet every other Thurs starting 9/27/12 from 6-7PM. I will start off the first workout with Les Mills Combat. Les Mills fitness programs are great for any level of fitness. They have modifications for low impact/high impact and how to increase or decrease the intensity. I will also have samples of Shakeology and Results and Recovery Formula for people to try.
