Constructing the sidewalk ensures all bicyclists and pedestrians can safely access the park from Duff Avenue and 24th Street. This project completes the final phase of the Miracle Project, which includes an all-inclusive playground and miracle field, renovation of the restroom located along Duff Avenue, and the construction of a new restroom located on the east side of the Miracle Park. These improvements make the park accessible for all.
