ISU Cyclone's Royce White Turns Birthday Party into Charity in Ames

Hundreds of fans attended Royce White's birthday party at Friday in Ames. The proceeds go to Orchard Place in Des Moines.

White, who has ties to the Walnut Creek and the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, was in a blog post by the Y's . In his blog, Hannah wrote about how White had overcome some struggles to become a role model for youth in the YMCA community and beyond.
