In addition to new concrete street pavement, the scope of work for this project includes storm and sanitary sewer improvements, new water main, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp improvements. The project will be completed in one phase. During construction, access to driveways on Ninth Street and side streets will be restricted for safety reasons and to ease potential congestion of the construction zone. The project is anticipated to be completed in late fall of 2021. As with all projects, the actual duration will depend on weather conditions.
