In addition to new sidewalk on the east side of Duff Avenue along Homewood Golf Course, the project includes new concrete street pavement on East 20th Street, storm sewer improvements, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp improvements. The project will be completed in two phases. During construction, access to driveways on 20th Street and side street access will be restricted for safety reasons and to ease potential congestion of the construction zone. Access to Homewood Golf Course will always be maintained. The project is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2021. As with all projects, the actual duration will depend on weather conditions.
