Police: Man Threatened Child; Charged with Stalking
A Randall man was arrested on a stalking charge in Ames recently.
Police say a Randall man, arrested in Ames, violated a protective order and threatened a woman's child, according to the Ames Tribune.
Chad Chelsvig, 29, was arrested at 200 Duff Ave. Tuesday. He had been charged with stalking.
Criminal complaints say Chelsvig threatened to take the son of a woman he has been ordered not to contact and on March 19 contacted the child at a public park, according to the article.
