Residents pressed officials over nondisclosure agreements, long-term environmental risks, and transparency, prompting promises of more answers at a June 17 meeting with the company.
   

• Man Charged In Copper Cable Theft That Disrupted Radio Station. (insideradio.com) — A Catlettsburg man has been arrested after deputies linked him to repeated copper cable thefts that severely damaged a nearby radio tower and knocked a popular country station off the air. Investigators say they recovered cut communication cables and tools at his home, and the station is now broadcasting at drastically reduced power while repairs continue and the case remains under investigation.
