• London holds advocacy event after man with autism slapped while in police custody (fox56news.com) — City leaders in London are responding to an April incident involving a man with autism by strengthening ties with disability advocates and ordering new sensitivity training and reporting protocols for police. After an internal investigation, two officers resigned, one was disciplined, and all charges against the man were dismissed. Residents and advocacy groups joined a community forum to share concerns and push for more inclusive city services.
