Trooper Saves Elderly Man in MVA Waiting Room

A Maryland State Trooper's quick actions and CPR knowledge are credited with likely saving an elderly man's life at a state office building.

Corporal Joe Wilson was the security officer on duty Wednesday at the Annapolis Motor Vehicle Administration, where a 71-year-old man had been waiting to be called to complete his transaction.
