4 Hot tips for looking great in your swim suit!!

Goodbye spring and HELLO SUMMER! As you all know that means the swim suits are coming back out. Are you ready? For those of you who are members of the Big Vanilla, Pasadena it means fun in the sun at the pool! Putting that suit on for the first time can be a good or bad day. Here are 4 tips to help you make it a GREAT day!

1. Eat breakfast! You must eat a healthy breakfast that includes protein. Try eggs and a piece of whole greain bread.

2. Add High Intesity Interval Training to your cardio routine. Just walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes isn't gonna cut the fat. Work hard for 20 minutes running or walking fast for 30-60 seconds and then recover for 30-60 seconds. You should not be able to talk!!! You will burn more fat and for longer.

3. Tapper your meals through the day. For breakfast, eat like a king, lunch a prince and for dinner a peasant. You do not want to eat a lot of calories for dinner.

4. Cut back on the booze!! Alcohol sabotages your efforts to be fit. It is full of sugar and must be metabolized before anything else you eat. You will also make different choices about food after a few drinks.
