
Good morning O's fans. The O's continue their masterful play on the road last night with another victory over the Nationals 6-5. This guarantees a series victory and they go for the sweep today.
Adam Jones continued to roll last night with a another 2 run bomb and Nick Markakis hit one as well. The O's are hitting home runs at a crazy pace.
Jason Hammel pitched 5 1/3 to ear the win. The O's had a 6-0 lead but the Nationals scored 1 in the 5th and 3 in the 6th to cut the game to 6-4. Ayala came out of the pen in the 6th with runners on 2nd and 3rd. He got Maldonado to ground out and Laroche scored and the Bernadina got a 2 out single driving in Rick Ankiel.
