GORGEOUS 7 pc (ASHLEY FURNITURE) Dining Room Set and China Cabinet/Hutch/Buffet for sale!

I have a 7 piece Ashley "Lacey" Dining set (6 chairs and Table) as well as a China Cabinet/Hutch! 

Both are in Excellent/MINT condition!

Used for 3 months before having to go into storage! 

In the Annapolis/Edgewater area. (in Storage)

Both are already dismantled, and ready for transport!  I have a truck, so both can be delivered for a small fee within a 15/20 mile radius of Annapolis, Edgewater, or South AACounty. My husband and I can put them together for you as well.

Chairs are a beautiful brown leatherette/(ish) material, with NO rips tears, or stains, solid wood frames and legs, Table is in EXCELLENT condition as well! No stains, spills, etc! (Google "Ashley LACEY" for style if you can't see my picture well!)

China Cabinet/Hutch is in Mint condition as well!  Top has all glass shelving, no pieces missing, and has lighting in the upper cabinet.

Hutch is made incredibly well, with gorgeous metal accent pieces, and has a great vintage look to it!

I have more pictures (including close-ups) upon request, and will ONLY meet people to look upon SERIOUS inquiry, and must voice verify people! I will meet OUTSIDE of my storage unit ONLY!!!

Need to reduce my storage unit cost and space!!

Dining set was $1600 Brand New and I paid over $1900 for the hutch!

I will sacrifice for $600 each, and will discount further if both are purchased by the same person.  Offers will be accepted if they are reasonable!
