I was directed to Electronics Service Center for a warranty repair of an receiver. They shipped the receiver to me in some kind of power tool box with minimal padding. Not surprisingly, the receiver arrived damaged. UPS refused their insurance claim. Consequently, they wanted to bill me for the damage (?) and also implied that I may have somehow been a contributing factor, although logically that makes no sense. They would not make good on the situation, even when at fault. If you need an electronics repair, stay away!! If a company directs you to here for a warranty repair, ask for a different alternative. It is not worth the potential hassle!!
