Roland Park Place Earns 2026 Great Place To Work Certification™
Recognition reflects organization's commitment to employee satisfaction and workplace culture
BALTIMORE, MD — Roland Park Place (RPP), Baltimore’s first and only continuing care retirement community, has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the third consecutive year, recognizing the organization's commitment to creating a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
The certification is based entirely on employee feedback about their experience working at RPP. This year, 93 percent of employees said RPP is a great place to work, compared with 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S. company.
