Kindergartener Found Chewing Cocaine Bag At Philly School: Cops
A Kindergarten student was reportedly chewing on a sugar packet Wednesday, but the packet turned out to be a baggie of cocaine, police said.

PHILADELPHIA – A baggie of cocaine was found in a Philadelphia elementary school Wednesday afternoon after a Kindergarten student was seen chewing on it, according to Philadelphia Police and media reports.
Police said officers responded to Mastery Charter's Hardy Williams Elementary School in Southwest Philadelphia at about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 16 after getting a request to investigate an object found in the school.
Police said they found a student had an unopened plastic baggie that was later determined to contain cocaine.

Detectives are working to find out where the drugs came from and how they got into the school, police said.
Action News reports a 6-year-old girl found the baggie in another student's backpack.

The student chewed on the baggie, believing it was sugar, but did not break the seal, according to CBS Philadelphia.
