Third Space at Shaarei Tfiloh Announces Winter/Spring 2026 Programming

BALTIMORE, MD — Third Space at Shaarei Tfiloh has announced its Winter/Spring 2026 programming, featuring events designed to foster learning and community engagement across Baltimore.

This season’s lineup features musical performances, art-making and exhibits, comedy shows, and thought-provoking discussions, designed to tap into Jewish wisdom while bringing together and celebrating the diversity of Baltimore’s communities.

"We’re excited to share this season’s Happenings Guide and invite the community to all that Third Space has to offer,” said Rabbi Jessy Dressin, Third Space’s founding executive director. “At a time when so many of us are seeking connection and opportunities to learn from one another, our programs are designed to bring people together for thoughtful conversation and a deeper sense of belonging.”

Highlights of the season include:

• A series of free workshops called the Baltimore Place Project facilitated by the Inheritance Theater Project, a nonprofit that builds relationships across siloes through collaborative playmaking nationwide, and led locally by Rain Pryor (Process Director), Antoinette Duren (Community Weaver), and Oh to Dream leaders Bridgette Burton and Evan Hall (Producers). This initiative, which brings individuals and organizations together to explore what brings Baltimoreans together and what keeps us apart, is held in partnership with Baltimore Center Stage and Oh to Dream. It will culminate in the performance of a community-made play in May.
• In April, Third Space will host an intimate evening with Adam Weiner, frontman, pianist and songwriter for Low Cut Connie. The event will feature music and conversation, as Weiner shares reflections on his songwriting process, music as a form of spiritual practice and his journey with spirituality and Jewish identity.
• Adam Neumann, chief of staff for the Baltimore Ravens, will join Rabbi Jessy Dressin in May for an evening of conversation exploring the intersection of sports leadership and fandom, Jewish identity and inherited wisdom. Attendees will also have the opportunity to gain exclusive insights and analysis from the Ravens’ past season.

“As Third Space approaches its third year, we’ve taken the time to reflect on programs that welcome and celebrate the full tapestry of Jewish identities,” said Rabbi Dressin. “This year feels especially meaningful as we continue building a space where everyone feels welcome and can find something that resonates with them. With several free and family-friendly events, we’re proud to make these experiences accessible and welcoming to everyone.”
