Detectives noticed similarities and their investigation revealed both crimes were committed by the same individual, the sheriff’s office reported.

White was identified as the suspect and a commissioner issued a warrant for his arrest on Oct. 29, 2015, officials said.

He fled the state to avoid being arrested, according to Cristie Kahler, spokeswoman for the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.

White was arrested on Jan. 6, 2016, at the Harford County Circuit Courthouse, the sheriff’s office reported.

He is being held at the Harford County Detention Center on no bond, according to officials.

A second suspect believed to be involved in the Aug. 1 robbery has not been charged, according to Kahler.

“This continues to be an active, ongoing investigation,” Kahler told Patch on Wednesday.
