Bel Air Under Flash Flood Warning

The National Weather Service issued warning for Harford County.

A flash flood warning is in effect until 11:45 p.m. Saturday.

As of 9:25 p.m., several roads were closed and there were several areas with high standing water, according to the National Weather Service.

When the weather service first issued the warning for Harford and Baltimore counties after 5 p.m., up to 2 inches of rain had already fallen, and more was expected.

The weather service advised moving to higher ground.
