Several Roads Closed in Harford Due to High Water
Do not drive through standing water, Harford County officials advise.

Several water rescues have been reported in Harford County Saturday, according to officials.
Here are the current road closures as of 7 p.m. Saturday:
- MD 543 at Goat Hill Road; closed at 6:25 p.m. for weather/debris
- I-95 south past exit for MD 152/Mountain Road; two lanes closed at 6:15 p.m. for two-vehicle crash
- MD 7/Philadelphia Road is blocked at the Winters Run Bridge due to flooding
- Old Joppa Road between MD 7 and I-95 due to a flooded road
“There are multiple water rescues going on throughout the region,” said Rich Gardiner, spokseman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association. “Don’t risk your life, or those who have to come out and get you, by crossing unknown waters. Take it seriously. Swift water is a killer.”
