BMW, Cell Phone, Cleaning Products Stolen: Columbia Crime
A screen was also removed from a residence, Howard County police reported.

The Howard County Police Department provided the following information.
Cleaning products were stolen from the 8800 block of Flowerstock Row. To get to the products, the suspect(s) broke the lock to a storage unit at the Sierra Woods apartments. The burglary was reported at 10:47 a.m. on April 7.
The screen was removed from a window in the 11700 block of Lone Tree Court and was found sitting on the sill. Since the windows were locked, the suspect(s) did not get inside. The attempted burglary occurred sometime between 11:50 p.m. on April 6 and 7:15 a.m. on April 7.

One boy stole another boy’s cell phone in the 7000 block of Gentle Shade. The suspect grabbed the victim by his shirt, took the cell phone and ran away. The street robbery occurred at 6 p.m. on April 6.
A 2014 silver 328d BMW was stolen from the 7200 block of Riding Hood Circle. The theft was reported at 8:26 a.m. on April 6. The vehicle has a plate that says “MD 97657CE.”
