• Names Released Of Bel Air Officer, Driver Involved In Fatal Shooting (patch.com) — Bel Air residents are learning more about Saturday night's fatal police-involved shooting on Franklin Street, as officials identify Officer Christopher Birch and 57-year-old Bel Air resident Francisco Aparicio-Munoz. State investigators say a traffic stop turned into a physical struggle before the officer fired, and body camera footage is expected to be released within 20 business days as the probe continues.

The foundation is gearing up for fall fundraisers, including an inclusive Halloween event and its annual gala, to support expanded library programs and facilities across Harford County.
