"Each of the original theft suspects are admitted addicts who stole to support their addiction," Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said. "After a thorough review of these cases, I am certain this is one more by-product of the heroin epidemic that has a hold on our community."
Harford Day Student Wins Grant To Start Her Own Business
The grant from Harford County's Young Entrepreneurs Academy will fund a new venture called "Salvaged Blue." The student plans to create customizable, recycled, reusable, sustainable plastic cups. She intends to donate a percentage of her profits to several non-profit environmental organizations.

17-Year-Old Is Missing From Abingdon: Harford Sheriff
Kierre Jace Hadnot, 17, was last seen on Tuesday, March 28. At the time, officials said Hadnot was in the 800 block of Randall Drive in Abingdon.
