Road Dedicated to Slain Harford Deputies
New signs on MD 924 remind citizens of Harford County of two deputies who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Bel Air, MD — Two Harford County deputies who were gunned down in the line of duty on Feb. 10 were memorialized Wednesday with a pair of roadside signs that will remind drivers on MD 924 of the ultimate sacrifice they made.
Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey, 52, and Senior Deputy Mark Logsdon, 43, were both killed Feb. 10 near the Panera off MD 924 while responding to a call about a wanted man, who was later fatally shot by law enforcement.
Families of both deputies attended the ceremony Wednesday afternoon at the Boulevard at Box Hill shopping center, near where the shootings occurred, as state officials including Gov. Larry Hogan attended the dedication.
