Weather Decision from Harford County Public Schools

Harford County Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 27, school officials announced Tuesday afternoon.

The school system will be on code green, meaning the following:

• Schools and school offices are closed.
• Daycare is canceled.
• Evening activities are canceled.
• Essential personnel will report at 7:30 a.m.
• No second shift custodians will be on duty.

Additionally, the Jan. 25 Board of Education Meeting has been postponed until Monday, Feb. 1, according to Harford County Public Schools.

This is the third day this week that Harford County Public Schools will be closed, after the county experienced a record snowfall over the weekend.
