If you feel overwhelmed by managing your parents’ needs and your own responsibilities, you’re not alone — and this group is here to support you. This caregiver group will largely consist of those in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who identify as “adult children” and are caring for a “parent” who’s aging. This is an online class. This program is generously supported by the Frederick H. Bowis Community Fund.
