Family Day will celebrate the opening of Glen Echo Park's historic Dentzel Carousel for the 2011 season and highlight the full range of programs offered at the Park. Visitors will enjoy art activities, face painting, dance performances, magic shows, family dancing, a Youth Art Exhibition, tours by National Park Service rangers, cake and lemonade, and carousel rides! (tickets, $1.25). 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., free admission.
