More Businesses Coming To Bethesda Row: GLOSSLAB And Ladurée Paris

The high-end nail bar and French cafe are both opening stores on Bethesda Row. GLOSSLAB will open in 2022 and Ladurée in winter 2021.

BETHESDA, MD — Bethesda Row will see two new shops opening in the coming months: GLOSSLAB, a hygiene-first nail studio scheduled to open in 2022, and Ladurée Paris, a French cafe set to open sometime later this year.

The two stores are joining a growing business community at Bethesda Row, which has seen a growth just in the last few months of new restaurants and shops. Chaia, gorjana, Little Sesame, Salt and Sundry are scheduled to open over the next few months, and Levain Bakery has already opened.

GLOSSLAB is a nail studio that's dedicated to hygiene and runs on a membership model. The studio has long lasting vegan polish, gel, and non-toxic polishes, and offers online booking, cashless payment and contactless check-in and check-out. GLOSSLAB has other studios in New York.

Ladurée Paris is a French cafe know for its macarons and pastries. It has locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and Washington, D.C.

“Bethesda Row has a long history of bringing high quality restaurants, retailers and service providers to the neighborhood, offering a compelling mix for local residents and visitors. This line-up may be our best yet,” said Vanessa Mendoza, Senior Director with Federal in a news release. “The newest editions at Bethesda Row, along with GLOSSLAB and Ladurée, highlight our focus to curate innovative neighborhoods where people can meet up with friends and family to shop and dine.”
