Weekend Weather in Bethesda: Umbrellas for Everyone

It’s a good thing you’re getting an extra day off this weekend for Columbus Day, because there’s a good chance of rain in the forecast until Monday.

According to the National Weather Service, there’s a 60 percent chance of rain Friday, mainly before 5 p.m., and rain is pretty much guaranteed Friday night, with a 100 percent chance.

Saturday: More rain in the morning. Saturday night: Skies clear off.

Sunday offers a brief chance to dry out with rain chances falling to 20 percent in the afternoon, then creeping up to 30 percent on Sunday night and hanging in that range for Columbus Day.
