What's Changing At Montgomery Mall?
The Westfield Montgomery Mall is welcoming several stores in 2026, and a fresh round of names has dropped. Here's what you need to know.
BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE, MD — The Westfield Montgomery Mall is making adjustments to its lineup as new stores are set to open.
In a recent announcement, the mall revealed that popular toy retailer Pop Mart and food chain Wetzels Pretzels would be establishing a base in Bethesda.
Dates for an anticipated opening have not yet been released by the mall.

It was also announced Tuesday that Pop Mart would be expanding at the Annapolis Mall, with a storefront set to open in the fall.

The additions come as the MoCo Show reported Tuesday that fast-casual eatery Falafel Inc. closed its base at the mall.
Falafel Inc. does not show on the mall's directory. Its closure comes less than two years after the restaurant opened.

The latest comes after mall officials revealed at the start of the year that spud-centric Tato, Kami Ramen Bar, and Shiki Bistro would expand their food options, as activewear brand Beyond Yoga and apparel store Mavi joined the directory.
Montgomery Mall is located at 7101 Democracy Blvd., and is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, shoppers can visit between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
