How I Came To The SPCA: I showed up in my foster familyโs yard 4 months ago in bad shape: bedraggled, open scratches, dry rough fur, and a forlorn look. Since then, I havenโt left their yard. My foster family has inside cats, and the inside cats arenโt willing to let another cat in their territory.
All I really want to do is come inside and snuggle up to you and receive endless pets.
Dream Family: A family that understands I have a past and is willing to shower me with affection.
Personality: Iโm delightful, quirky, independent, and confident. Food is a great motivator for me, possibly stemming from a lack of it while living on the streets. My confidence level is high; I love to greet strangers.
When so inclined, I wrap myself around my humanโs legs and hold on. I havenโt displayed a cuddly side as of yet, but that might change with time.
Favorite Toy: Absolutely adore my scratching post โ I wrap myself around it; itโs probably my favorite place.
Favorite Napping Spot: Another favorite place is in the hammock attached to my scratching post.
How I Came To The SPCA: I was found wandering the streets, sick and underweight. A good-hearted woman alerted PGSPCA of my suffering and itโs a good thing she did! I was severely anemic, very dehydrated, and had alarmingly low blood pressure. After an emergency trip to the vet in the middle of the night, PGSPCA raised enough money for a blood transfusion and I recovered well. Now Iโm ready for a home of my own.
Dream Family: I would be perfectly happy being an only cat. With careful supervision, I will adjust to other cats and dogs. My perfect family would appreciate my independence.
