BOWIE, MD -- A group of students at Bowie High School dressed in black and shot students and faculty with squirt guns while setting off fireworks in what has been described as a senior prank that may have gone too far, according to a report.
WJLA reports that the incident happened May 15, and at least one student had a burn injury.

"Around 10:45 a.m., a small group of students participated in an inappropriate 'senior prank' that resulted in a school evacuation," reads a letter from Bowie High School Principal Robynne W. Prince as quoted by WJLA. "The prank involved spraying students and staff with squirt guns and setting off fireworks in the hallway."
School officials are coordinating with local police to identify the students involved.
