The Bowie International Festival is back, with music, dancing, crafts, food and other flavors from around the world. From a Chinese dragon and Bolivian dancers to Celtic music and the rhythms of Africa, there's something for everyone. Children can enjoy an international magic show and plenty of other activities and games throughout the day.
