Ki Gong is an ancient Asian health art designed to promote harmony of body, mind, and spirit. It is a unique blend of still postures and dynamic exercises that balance the subtle energy systems within the body. Ki Gong practice on a regular basis can prevent and cure illness while promoting longevity. (Ki) refers to life's vital energy while (Gong) refers to practice or exercise. It is also referred to by the Chinese term "Qi Gong" (pronounced "Chi Gong").
