The Kyle E. Bennett Memorial/Bowie Community Center Fall Pick-Up Classic is a six-week, afterschool program aimed at promoting teamwork while providing a healthy environment for athletic activities. Teens ages 13-17 (both male and female) are invited to join the tournament, which will culminate in a championship game on November 18 at 7 p.m. Grand prizes ($25 gift card per player) will be awarded at the end of the championship game. The team with the highest average GPA will also earn an additional prize ($25 gift card per player), regardless of whether they win the tournament, and another award ($15 gift card per player) will be given to the team with the most creative team T-shirt.
