Accrete Martial Arts

Whether you’re a parent looking for a family-friendly activity or an individual seeking personal growth, we invite you to explore our programs and become part of our martial arts family. We offer a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Qigong. Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where families and individuals can learn, grow, and achieve their goals. As part of the celebration, Dash In will donate a total of $19,000 to local community organizations, reinforcing its commitment to the Bowie community. The two-day event - May 21 and May 22 - will feature Dash In’s signature “First Cut” ceremony, complimentary food tastings from Dash In’s made-to-order menu, free car washes, live entertainment, giveaways, and opportunities for guests to enroll in Dash In Rewards. Guests will also have the chance to enter to win 50 cents off fuel per gallon for one year.
