A silent auction to benefit the Prince George’s County chapter of Special Olympics will take place Sunday, Nov. 19, 2011, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts. Among the items up for bid will be tickets to Washington Redskins and Capitals games, a weekend in Ocean City, concert tickets and restaurant gift certificates.
